NHS Nottingham City website design
Objective: NHS Nottingham City, a primary care trust (PCT), wanted to re-vamp the branding and design of its website, helping to establish the organisation as the local leader of the NHS and to drive up the quality of site content for public and patients.
Our approach: We listened to the many responses received from the public, patients and service-users as part of a public consultation exercise to see what they wanted on the web site. This involved improving site navigation,adding interactive elements on the home page such as videos and improving the design and structure of the site.
We also provided the communications team with a simple content management system (CMS) to ensure the site could be easily updated and kept relevant.
